Return/exchange requests for items purchased from my365hardware.com can be made within 30 DAYS OF THE PROCESSING DATE. Refunds will be made once the item is received in the store and has been inspected to see that the following conditions are met:
Items MUST be in ORIGINAL box and/or original packaging.
The item should not have been assembled, installed or used, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The item (s) should be returned with ALL parts and manuals. Any type of plastic covering or clam shell should not be broken.
There CANNOT be ANY marking or writing on the item's original packaging.
Any item that has fluids added (i.e. water, gas oil, etc.) can not be returned if used.
Items that have expiration dates or weather variable (i.e. Adhesives, Caulking, Sealants etc.) are not returnable.
** No returns or exchanges on special orders from the manufacturer, large orders over 150 pounds, clearance items. or bulk/freight quotes
** Customers are responsible for returning the item to the store.
** Pictures of the products on our site may not depict the product exactly! Please CAREFULLY read the product description! **

The order number should be with the return so the representative knows which order the product goes to.
Items returned after 14 days of the processing date will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Please make sure that your order qualifies for return/exchange BEFORE returning. If the item does not qualify a refund may not be given. Please also let us know that you are returning the item(s). Any items sent to us after the return deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your refund, within 48 hours depending on the day received. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase: Credit/debit card or PayPal account.
DO NOT ALTER OR ADJUST ITEM IN ANY WAY. THIS WILL VOID ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT.
