Return/exchange requests for items purchased from my365hardware.com can be made within 30 DAYS OF THE PROCESSING DATE. Refunds will be made once the item is received in the store and has been inspected to see that the following conditions are met:

Items MUST be in ORIGINAL box and/or original packaging.
The item should not have been assembled, installed or used, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The item (s) should be returned with ALL parts and manuals.......

Warranty Policy

We ask the customer to contact the manufacturer as there will be questions asked, Serial numbers needed, etc. that the manufacturer will need provided to them that we do not have access to. Many times, the manufacturer may be able to trouble shoot the item with you and help discover why an item is not working properly. It may be that the item is not actually defective, just that it is not set up correctly. Never remove stickers providing serial numbers, etc. These original stickers will be needed if an item needs to be returned. The manufacturer will not accept returns without the original sticker. We have no control over the quality of an item as we are not the manufacturer.....
